Strawberry and Prosecco Jam

Luxury in a Jar! Made with North Park Community Garden strawberries this jam goes well with everything!  More of a conserve than a jam this has a thinner consistency that makes it incredibly versitile.  It can be used as a jam, as a dessert topping or even in your porridge, but it's perfect on a lazy Sunday morning with a pastry.
